Reviews For Sport Clips Haircuts of Olathe

I felt over look by all staff. I seat there for about hour They was not Busy at all. One guy came check in sat for awhile then left after checking in then he returned they put him in front of me. I have been using sport clips for over 7 years now. I could understand if they was busy but they wasn’t I will be finding a new place now. Very very poor Service

Your website says that you are open till 8pm weekdays...so does the printed hours on the door. The Olathe location says that they are open till 6pm on their website. Upon arriving at the Olathe location for a haircut, I was greeted by a locked door and a sign that said "temporary hours" Closed at 5pm.....what a bummer...can't get a hair cut, even after hurrying to get there before closing time (or so I thought according to your web sites). Hard to give ANY review when you can't even decide when you are open or closed....I'm pretty sure that someone needs to get their act together.

I have been a customer of this Sports Clips location since 2005. For the most part the people have been pleasant and courteous. Image my surprise when using the app to make my appointment yesterday my name was not on the board. I was greeted at the door by someone that told me they would not serve me because I did not use the Sport Clips app to make my appointment. I told this person that I had used the app without getting an error. She then asked for my phone to troubleshoot it for me. Which I declined. At that point I left and told her I would not be back after being a loyal customer for 16 years. If this is the way you treat customers that have problems registering for a appointment. I don't think this location is going the be in business very much longer.
